一 政策核心：240小時過境免籤

I. Policy Core: 240-Hour Transit Visa Exemption

這是目前最主流的政策，取代了之前的72/144小時政策，統一延長至10天。

This is currently the most mainstream policy, replacing the previous 72/144-hour policy, unified and extended to 10 days.

◦ 適用國家（55國）：

包括歐洲40國（如俄羅斯、英國、法國、德國）、美洲6國（美國、加拿大、巴西等）、大洋洲2國（澳大利亞、新西蘭）和亞洲7國（韓國、日本、新加坡、印度尼西亞等）。

Including 40 European countries (e.g., Russia, UK, France, Germany), 6 American countries (USA, Canada, Brazil, etc.), 2 Oceanian countries (Australia, New Zealand), and 7 Asian countries (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, etc.).

  3. 行程：持有240小時內已確定日期及座位的前往第三國（地區）的聯程客票。
  4. Itinerary: Hold a confirmed connecting ticket to a third country (region) with a fixed date and seat within 240 hours.

注意，你的行程必須是“A國→中國→B國”，不能是“A國→中國→A國”。

Note: Your itinerary must be "Country A → China → Country B," not "Country A → China → Country A."

II. Other Transit Visa Exemption Types

除了240小時政策，還有兩種更短時限的過境免籤：

In addition to the 240-hour policy, there are two shorter transit visa exemption options:

◦ 24小時過境免籤：適用於所有國家公民。持聯程客票，在中國境內停留不超過24小時且不離開口岸限定區域，可免辦簽證。如需離開口岸區域，則需申請臨時入境許可。

◦ 24-Hour Transit Visa Exemption: Applicable to citizens of all countries. With a connecting ticket, staying in China for no more than 24 hours without leaving the port's restricted area, no visa is required. To leave the port area, a temporary entry permit must be obtained.

◦ 24小時直接過境免檢：在北京首都、上海浦東等9個指定機場，持24小時內聯程機票且不離開國際中轉區，可免辦邊檢手續直接過境。

◦ 24-Hour Direct Transit (No Inspection): At 9 designated airports including Beijing Capital and Shanghai Pudong, passengers with a connecting ticket within 24 hours who do not leave the international transit area may transit directly without border inspection procedures.

三 具體操作流程

III. Specific Operational Process

1.行前準備：確認你的國籍在55國名單內，並持有有效期超3個月的護照。

1. Pre-trip Preparation: Confirm your nationality is on the 55-country list and hold a passport valid for over 3 months.

2.購買機票：購買從A國經中國前往B國的聯程機票，確保離境航班時間在入境後的240小時內。

2. Purchase Tickets: Buy a connecting ticket from Country A through China to Country B, ensuring the departure flight is within 240 hours of entry.

3.抵達口岸：在入境邊檢櫃檯，向移民管理警察提交：

◦ 240小時內前往第三國的聯程客票

◦ Completed Temporary Entry Foreigner Arrival Card (available at the entry site)

4.接受詢問：配合邊檢人員的詢問，說明你的行程和停留目的。

5.獲取許可：審覈通過後，邊檢會簽發“240小時臨時入境許可”，你就可以入境了。

四 避坑指南：務必確認護照有效期足夠，且行程是“過境”性質（前往第三國）。如果5年內有非法出入境、居留或就業記錄，將無法申請。建議出行前通過國家移民管理局12367服務熱線或官網覈實最新政策。

IV. Pitfall Guide: Ensure your passport validity is sufficient and your itinerary is of a "transit" nature (proceeding to a third country). If you have records of illegal entry/exit, residence, or employment within the past 5 years, you will not be eligible.
